Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- Estonia: 1-2 business days
- Latvia & Lithuania: 2-4 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3-10 business days
- We currently only ship within Europe.
Live Arrival Guarantee (For Live Larvae Orders)
We guarantee that most of your larvae will arrive alive and fresh. However, as they are living beings transported by a third party, there is always a small risk of unexpected issues. To ensure you receive the best possible experience, we include 10% more larvae than ordered as a buffer.
If your larvae arrive in unsatisfactory condition:
- You must send a video of the larvae within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- We will offer a new delivery or a full refund, based on your preference.
Parcel Machine Deliveries
If you selected a parcel machine delivery, you must pick up your order as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after receiving the courier’s notification. Delayed pickup can impact the condition of live larvae, and we cannot be held responsible for issues caused by late collection.
Winter Shipping Advisory
If temperatures drop below 3°C, we highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order to help keep the larvae alive during transport.
Returns & Cancellations
No Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any items (live or dried).
No Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as processing begins immediately.
